Commercial Services

Our roll off dumpsters and trailer are built to handle your construction needs.   Our dumpsters work well for light and heavy applications.  We have up to a 5 ton capacity with our dumpsters.  They fit very nicely on driveways or other smaller locations.   We are servicing a number of construction sectors.  Call today to schedule your dumpster rentals with CWR.

Industrial Services

Large industrial projects are one of the specialities of CWR.  Pictures of our latest project are below.  We removed a yard full of old roofing equipement, pallets, and broken trailers.  This project filled five 40 yard dumpsters, 4 12 yard dumpsters and two flat bed semi of pallets.  Our experienced forklift operators used a overhead boom forkllift to load the dumpsters and the flat bed semi.  This project also included hazmat and chemical removal.  References are available for this project.

Property Management and Estate Services

We have helped Property Managers and Landlords clean out apartments after eviction and abadonment.  Clean out services and dumpster rental are both available.  We can bag up any loose items and move all furniture out of the unit getting it ready for clean up and rental.

Clean Out Service

1 Person $35

2 Person $70

Single Item Pickup

(refrigerators, appliances, sofas, etc.)

 $60 per item if they ready to load.

-additional items discounted. 

-additional charges if the item are difficult to remove and load.

-Larger jobs are by estimate.

-Additional charges may be incured on certain items/tasks.
